1. Put 1 tbsp of Ginger and 5 tbsp of Olive Oil in a glass container, place it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, cover and store. Use as needed.
2. Crush or blend 3 Turmeric Roots and 10 Custard Apple Leaves add 1/4 cup of water or vinegar. Apply this poultice to affected area.
